The Drifter team is dedicated to engineering each excursion experience to leave you hooked for a lifetime.
THE DRIFTER
Drifter is a Southport 30 center console, powered by twin 300hp Yamaha outboards. It is an incredibly smooth, stable and dry boat capable of comfortably fishing with 6 customers on board. The boat is equipped with all safety equipment as well as the latest tournament grade electronics and fishing equipment. There is a full head in the console and plenty of storage for personal items/ food and drinks.
INSHORE BOAT
1996 Jones Brothers Bateau: A North Carolina built boat designed to fish our inshore waters. Powered by a 90hp Tohatsu motor this boat will run in skinny waters and while it’s a flat bottom boat it offers a comfortable and safe ride in our estuaries. Comfortably fishes 4 clients while offering many different styles of fishing in our area.

Kyle Kirkpatrick “KK” was born and raised on a farm in Indiana and has been an avid outdoorsman his entire life. When he joined the Marines and was stationed at Camp Lejeune he fell in love with saltwater fishing. After his service he worked as a mate on offshore charter boats part time and was an inshore fishing fanatic, often pulling his boat to his full time job and fishing after work. After years as an offshore mate, KK began fishing full time as a captain on offshore charters. KK has the knowledge and experience to get you on anything from billfish to bottom fish and show you a great time along the way!
RYAN GLEASON
CAPTAIN / INSHORE GUIDE
Ryan Gleason was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1990 and grew up fishing for bass, bluegill, catfish, and crappie as well as hunting. At 18 he joined the Marine Corps as an Infantryman and served for 12yrs deploying multiple times. After leaving the Corps with an honorable discharge, Ryan began to pursue his life dream of being a professional fisherman. Ryan is the father of 3 daughters who share his passion for the outdoors and love nothing more than being out in it.
EAMONN GARBER
SHARK FISHING GUIDE
Eamonn Garber was born in Boston, MA in 1993. He grew up catching striped bass, bluefish, and eventually started chasing sharks. Served 9 honorable years in the Marine Corps including multiple deployments. Eamonn is the father to 2 daughters.
